I’ve heard that getting a degree online is easy, but it’s useless in the real world. Does it depend on the field of work? If so, what areas are “okay” to get a degree online in? I’m not sure what I want to do with my life, but I work in a dead-end job right now so I want to start working toward my BA. Only problem is, I work 50 hour weeks so I don’t have much time for school.

and I’m wondering what type of experience others have had, and what types of job opportunities are available, ie; what type of pay to expect, how easy is it to find a job, how marketable are the skills learned are

With all the pop-up ads popping out of nowhere… I might as well entertain the online degree ads… are online associate degrees capable of allowing students to apply in universities as transfers?

I’m interested in returning to school and finishing my psychology degree through Drexel’s online psychology degree program. Has anyone got any advice, cautionary tales, info, etc., that might not exist at the Drexel website concerning their online school in general and the psych program specifically? Your personal experiences and/or what you’ve heard others say would be great to hear.
